Aspen installation issues

I installed it following the V9 tutorial online, but problems still occurred. I don’t have the STRG*2.dll file from the PG package mentioned in the tutorial; I could only use the STRG*2.dll file that is generated in the aspenshare folder within the PG directory on C drive. However, when trying to start it, an error related to PG occurs. Could this be a problem with the STRG*2.dll file?

Additionally, it matters whether install_Sentinel.RMS.8.5.1.Server has been installed or whether the license file was successfully loaded using WlmAdmin.exe
