Draw the diagram using SOLIDWORKS

The image is a 3D, partial cross-sectional view of a certain component. May I ask how the lines in the cross-sectional view are displayed? Can SOLIDWORKS do it?
Let me share my understanding. When creating a 3D rotation, the shape of the cover is sketched using an ellipse; in 3D form, what is visible is a smooth surface. All these lines are probably spline curves referenced during the sketching process – curves that are composed of many connected points – or they might represent an analysis of the surface by some software. The software I use does not have such a function
