Use AutoCAD Plant 3D to draw PID

I would like to ask the experts here: why, when I use AutoCAD to draw PID diagrams, I am unable to add symbols such as those for devices and instruments? The system indicates that such symbols cannot be found in the current project.
Hello, could you tell me the reason? When I use P3D to create PID charts, I click on the legend within them, and it shows: This tool is not supported in non-PNID graphic files.
I’m a beginner right now and have encountered the same problem; I figured it out on my own. The reason is the symbol standard chosen when creating a project; if PIP is selected, most graphic symbols from other standards such as ISO and DIN cannot be used. In other words, the standard chosen at the time of project creation imposes restrictions when drawing P&IDs.
