I am a beginner; when performing an azeotrope analysis, an error similar to the one in the image appeared after clicking on \"Report\". Then I went to Drive C to look for that path, only to find that there were no paths after users, let alone AppData. May I ask everyone how I can solve this problem? Thank you!
I remember that I had encountered a similar problem where the phase diagram wouldn’t be generated; it turned out to be an issue with the computer system. It’s best to use ASPEN without installing Windows 10 – Windows 7 and 8 work fine
My computer runs on Windows 7. . I have set up the system 3 times already just to install Aspen. .
Try other systems to see if you encounter the same problem. If the result is identical, it can be determined that there’s an issue with your ASPEN; either your computer is missing some necessary components or there’s a problem with the installation package
