Seeking help with computer issues during Aspen installation

Aspen is version 10.0, and one of the steps in the installation instructions available online is to open the WlmAdmin application, that is, the License Management Activities tool. But I don’t know how to open this program. The computer is running Windows 10. The product has been activated; it was done through tricks online, and there is no key or password. How should I open WLM now? Help needed~
Don’t you have a crack folder?
There is no such thing in Aspen. I searched the entire computer, but I can’t find this folder
It’s likely that the file is missing; you can check whether it was mistakenly deleted by antivirus software, or download the resource again
The crack folder contains the crack tool; without it, V10 cannot be run even after installation. Check the download resources to see
