I’m seeking help from experts: what are the useful improvements in CAD 2019, and are there any detailed explanations available?

I recently installed CAD 2019, but there doesn’t seem to be any visible difference. There are some brief descriptions online about the improvements, but they’re not very clear. Do any of you experts have any useful resources that you could share?
There’s no real improvement; if you look at the underlying structure diagram of AutoCAD, there are no fundamental changes. It’s just a change in appearance and some simple operational adjustments; it might not even be considered an improvement.
I did some research yesterday; the main useful features are the DWG comparison function, PDF import, intelligent dimensioning, and a few other interesting ones as well
Could you send a cloud storage link for the installation files?
