Seismic loads on pipelines, wind loads

Gentlemen, I have just started working at a new company. When the piping team requests structural requirements from the civil engineering team, it is necessary to specify the seismic and wind loads for each pipeline. Most (almost all) of the pipelines are low-temperature and low-pressure pipelines; entering the data for CAESAR 2 one by one to carry out calculations seems like an impractical approach (it’s extremely tedious). Is there anyone who knows a lot about this area? Are there any reference materials? I’m begging! It’s completely confusing.
