PDMS12.0 SP6 installation issues

This post was last edited by 2005180005 on 2020-1-7 at 08:53. Moditor, paragon, etc. can all access it, but when trying to enter the design module, it gets stuck at the screenshot below and won’t let me proceed. What’s going on?
To solve the problem, you can try using ALT+TAB to see if you can switch to the interface; you’re already logged in, but the interface isn’t visible
