Help: Ammonia absorption

In ASPEN PLUS, the absorption of ammonia by water was simulated; ammonium ions and other related ions were added using the electrolyte wizard when defining the components, and the software also provided information on these reactions in its property data. However, in the simulation results, for both the process flow and the resulting flow, the flux of all ions is 0; I’m not sure if this is correct Or does it need to have the reaction defined separately again in simulation mode?
Check if the option for a true component is not selected
Thank you for the guidance! After checking, various ions appear normally in each stream. I also want to ask whether checking this option has any impact on the results?
