HTRI property input issue

When calculating plate heat exchangers, HTRI requires knowledge of the components that make up the material properties; however, some of these components are listed in the property table while others are not. How should this be entered when only the composition of the material properties is known, but parameters such as viscosity are not available?
Use process simulation software to simulate the heat exchanger, and then import the property data into HTRI; the component database built into HTRI contains too few entries
