I found the program for CAESAR2019 online and followed the instructions; however, the last step showed \"fail\" due to issues with those steps. Since I had carried out similar operations when installing Caesar2018 before, I followed the process for 2018 and was able to install 2019 successfully. The prerequisite is having a fixed IP address – that is, after using it at the office, you need to repeat the process at home because the IP address changes.
