The antidote used for conversion, or what is commonly referred to as the catalyst in crude gas filters, is in most cases the same as the conversion catalyst, namely cobalt-molybdenum catalysts. Its main functions are to remove ash and to prevent the small amount of oxygen coming from the gasification furnace; however, this situation occurs rarely, and the catalyst is mainly used for ash removal
It is mainly resistant to oil stains and hydrogen sulfide
Before the transformation, a detoxifying agent is generally used, mainly for decalcification and detoxification – that is, to remove heavy metals, arsenic, etc. – as well as some agents used for deoxygenation. Qilu Keli is used quite frequently and yields good results; its main components are cobalt and molybdenum, along with additional additives. I have done research in this area before.
