The PC general contracting project for Mingquan Group’s technological transformation aimed at shifting to new forms of energy, undertaken by Thirteenth Chemical Construction Company, officially commenced on the morning of November 18. Source: China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation; Date: 2019-11-27; Clicks: 95 This project is a key construction initiative launched in line with the trends of shifting from old to new drivers of economic growth and adjusting the structure of raw materials, as well as in response to the policy encouraging hazardous chemicals manufacturers to move out of urban areas and into industrial parks. It employs internationally advanced technologies, along with domestic proprietary innovations, such as clean pressurized continuous gasification, low-temperature methanol washing, and desulfurization and decarbonization, to upgrade existing facilities. The successful implementation of this project will serve as a model and a benchmark for the entire industry. The scope of this PC general contracting project includes: the procurement of equipment and materials for all sections except the boiler section and the air handling section, as well as the execution of all construction and installation work, including building construction, installation works, and decoration projects. The project construction period is 24 months, with a total contract value (estimated) of 1.6 billion RMB. This project represents another milestone in Shisan Hua Jian’s long-term partnership with Mingquan Group Company, setting a new record for the contract value of PC general contracting projects undertaken by Shisan Hua Jian.
