The factory price for small particles is 1,760 yuan per ton; prices are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Suppliers mainly supply the surrounding areas; existing orders will continue to be fulfilled, while downstream clients make purchases as needed. Recently, as manufacturers in certain areas have tentatively raised their prices, the downstream market has followed suit, driven by a tendency to buy when prices rise and avoid purchases when they fall. The agricultural markets in North China are making up for any shortages that remain. The production volumes of plywood factories and compound fertilizer manufacturers remain satisfactory, with orders being placed as needed. At the same time, some goods are being gathered for export, and companies are able to handle new orders fairly well. Today, some manufacturers in Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanxi, Shaanxi and other regions have again increased prices by 10–20 yuan per ton. It is expected that the domestic urea market will remain stable with only slight increases in some areas in the short term, as manufacturers adjust their prices flexibly based on their own sales performance.
