After switching a coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace to use biomass pellets, coking occurs frequently on the heated surfaces; cleaning these areas is required every about 20 days, which results in wasted labor and resources and delays production. I would like to ask everyone for effective ways to prevent coking, as well as the reasons behind its formation
Due to the high content of potassium in biomass, the ash melting point is reduced. Add reef inhibitors every day for each shift, and then adjust the drum fans for sweeping.
