I would like to ask the teachers: The Code for Fire Protection Design of Oil and Gas Engineering GB50183-2004 has been repealed, and the new version from 2015 has not yet been put into effect. Which version is being used now?
Continue to comply with GB 50183-2004.
The exact wording on the CGSB website is: “In order to implement the relevant requirements regarding work safety set forth by the State Council and to further improve the contents of the **standard ‘Code for Fire Protection Design in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering’ GB50183-2015, it has been decided after deliberation to temporarily suspend the implementation of said standard.” Once the latest implementation date for this standard is determined, our company will announce it on the **Engineering Construction Standardization Information Network (www.ccsn.gov.cn)**. Until the implementation date of the new version of the standards is announced, the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Oil and Gas Engineering\" GB 50183-2004 shall continue to be applied; please comply with it. ”
