The Aspen Plus simulation of the heat exchanger shows the following warnings

When simulating the heat exchanger model, a warning appeared: THE ABSOLUTE AREA TOLERANCE OF 0.1000E-04 IS TOO LARGE FOR THE SPECIFIED AREA OF 0.6900E-03. I tried reducing the allowable tolerance, but this warning still appeared for both the heat exchanger area and the area convergence tolerance. I also changed the initial feed value parameters, only to make things even worse. Then I increased the area of the heat exchanger; this warning no longer appeared, but another warning did show up: \"UNABLE TO MEET AREA SPEC – MINIMUM APPROACH TEMPERATURE REACHED\". The calculated area was smaller than the specified area. The area of the heat exchanger is now large enough. Please tell me how to make the changes.
