We have now collected about 10 liters of crude ethylene gas in the laboratory using the ethanol dehydration method. Of these, the ethylene content is around 96%, while other impurity gases including ethane, propane, ether, acetaldehyde, butylene, etc., account for about 4% in total. I now want to purify this approximately 10L volume of crude ethylene gas in the laboratory to achieve a purity level suitable for polymerization, with a purity requirement of over 99.9%.
