Recently, the winner of the bid for the \"EPC general contracting project for Jilin Petrochemical Company’s thousand-ton-class high-performance carbon fiber project\" under China National Petroleum Corporation was determined. The EPC general contractor for this project is China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. This EPC project was approved for implementation by China National Petroleum Corporation under document No. Shiyou Fenhua Xincai [2025]192. The project owner is China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Petrochemical Branch, and the funding for the project comes from the company’s own resources; the investment ratio is 100%. The tendering authority is China National Petroleum Corporation Jilin Petrochemical Branch. The project is now ready for bidding, and public bidding is being conducted for the design and construction general contract of this project. The construction site is located in Longtan District, Jilin City, Jilin Province. The thousand-ton-class high-performance carbon fiber project mainly includes carbon fiber production facilities, auxiliary equipment, utility units, and demolition and reconstruction facilities, which constitute the entire content of the design documents for such a project.
