I. Division of Bids and Scope of Services This project is divided into 3 bids, with the service period and key scope of supervision as follows; details are subject to the tender documents and drawings: Bid 1: Service Period: June 10, 2026 – September 30, 2027 (2 months for winter break), including supervision during the completion inspection. Scope of Supervision: All works in the pre-factory area (office buildings, exhibition halls, fire stations, etc.) and the residential area (apartment buildings, restaurants, etc.), covering full-process supervision across all specialties such as civil engineering, installation, fire safety, landscaping, and intelligent systems.
