Clogging of the sight glass in the tar pipeline

In the vertical pipeline carrying tar, with 8 kilograms of heat tracing, after operation for some time, the glass sight glass used for observation gets clogged with material, resulting in blockage of the pipeline. Is there anyone who can help analyze the reason?
The heating temperature is too high; the tar does not require such a high heating pressure – 2.5 kilograms is sufficient. When the temperature is too high, the light components in the tar in some hard-to-reach areas will evaporate, leaving behind heavier components that can easily clog the pipes.
Could it be that excessive heat dissipation at the sight glass is causing the blockage?
