Newbie seeking advice! On the selection of design temperature for heat exchangers

What determines the design temperature of the various main components of a heat exchanger? For example, the main components such as tube box end caps, tube sheets, and tube box flanges. Since this is my first time designing a heat exchanger, there are many things I don’t quite understand. I would appreciate it if the teachers and experienced colleagues could offer me some guidance.
