The Process Area invites enthusiastic individuals to join the process technology team or the moderator management team, so as to learn together and improve together! 【Official Moderator】Recruitment Information I. Requirements for applicants: 1. To be passionate about the Haichuan Chemicals Forum, willing to contribute to its development, committed to adhering to all the forum’s rules; at the same time, to be familiar with the forum and have a certain understanding of its various aspects ； 2. Ability to maintain a certain amount of online time: At least one hour of online time per day should be ensured, with consistent and regular presence in the process area ； 3. Those who have previously held forum management positions in other forums or on this forum, and are familiar with forum management procedures, may be granted special approval based on the actual circumstances; they are not subject to grade restrictions and are exempt from practical requirements. 4. After successful recruitment, the probationary period as a moderator is 2 months; upon passing the assessment, the position becomes permanent ； If performance is excellent during the trial period, the area supervisor will grant permanent employment in advance, depending on the actual circumstances. II. Moderator Benefits: 1. Moderator benefits consist of a salary + bonuses + Haichuan coins, which are paid out by the regional manager. The base salary for moderators is 400 Wealth per month; they may receive additional bonuses depending on their performance, with the highest salary reaching 1000 Wealth per month. 2. Outstanding moderators of the month receive an additional reward of +1 reputation or 10–20 charm points. Those who remain outstanding moderators for 3 consecutive months can apply for an award for outstanding moderation (subject to records kept). The 5 best performing outstanding moderators each year (who have been outstanding for 3 consecutive months) receive a commemorative USB drive at the end of the year. 3. The top three based on the total number of posts and management tasks per month will receive 20% in Haichuan coins as a reward. III.
