Can 92-octane gasoline purchased at gas stations be blended with MTBE to create 95-octane gasoline? Is 92-octane gasoline already a blended product? If blending is possible, what is the appropriate ratio?
92 should be better than 95, otherwise why cancel 95 now?
The 92# version is also blended, and adding more MTBE would result in an excess amount. :L

This should depend on the standards for the two grades of material. It shouldn’t be as simple as adding a substance.

Go to a gas station and ask which gasoline, 92 or 95, is more expensive, or check online before saying anything! Canceling 95 is also from a harmonization perspective; it’s not impossible to do, but the cost is too high!
Oil formulators all earn over 500,000 per year – not much less than other executives. They certainly won’t give you the formula so easily;P
