I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced! According to the \"Catalogue of Highly Toxic Chemicals\" (2002 edition) issued in 2002, chlorine is classified as a highly toxic chemical. According to the **standard ‘Classification of Hazards from Occupational Exposure to Toxic Substances’ (GB5044—85), chlorine is classified as a highly hazardous substance, rather than an extremely hazardous one. **According to the industry standard \"Classification of Toxicity Hazards and Explosion Risks of Chemical Media in Pressure Vessels\" (HG20660—2000), chlorine is also a highly hazardous medium. The terms ‘highly toxic chemicals’ and ‘highly hazardous substances’ seem to refer to different concepts; being highly toxic does not necessarily mean being extremely hazardous. I hope some experts can give me some advice!
First of all, all 3 criteria you mentioned are failure criteria, and they have been replaced by new criteria. Secondly, from a regulatory perspective, highly toxic chemicals and highly hazardous substances should be distinct concepts.
Is 5044 replaced by GBZ230? It also doesn’t say it’s invalid
