During the heating process of the furnace, if the burner has not ignited completely, can the temperature be increased by raising the gas pressure? Do we still need to wait until the burner is fully lit before increasing the gas pressure to raise the temperature? What is the reason? Solve!

It is when the heating furnace starts to heat up, with only one or a few burners lit – why can’t the temperature be increased by raising the gas pressure while the burners have not yet been fully ignited?
If the gas pressure is increased, the ignited burners will enlarge as a result of the higher pressure, which may cause other burners to catch fire and lead to excessive temperatures; Also, since the nozzles are evenly distributed, heating some of them may lead to uneven heating
As a supplementary point, if the burners are not fully ignited, the flame concentrates in those few burners; increasing the pressure can cause the flame to escape from the burners, which is not allowed during operation. Additionally, this is detrimental to the lifespan of the burners!
Generally, it’s the volume of gas that matters; whether the pressure increases or decreases, as long as it’s not stable, it will be very difficult to control the temperature.
