It should be possible; our steel-lined PTFE pipes achieve static electricity discharge by using special conductive metal gaskets between the flanges... :)
Antistatic gaskets are used in conjunction with static bonding wires.

Exactly how many additional pieces are needed depends on the length of the pipeline you have custom-made; wherever there are flange connections, gaskets and cross-connections are used to handle them
