It is known that the denitration spray tower has dimensions of 2.5*12 meters; two layers of spraying nozzles need to be modified. The pump flow rate is 200 cubic meters per hour. The spray pipes should be made of PP material with a diameter of DN50 or DN65, while the nozzles should be spiral PP nozzles with a diameter of DN25. A design plan along with the layout of the nozzles is required, including the coverage area provided by each nozzle
This is a problem that even 1,000 in wealth can’t solve
Is it difficult? It should be simple for those who specialize in tower equipment
Simple spraying for cooling, desulfurization, and denitration
A 2.5-meter tower requires 200 cubic meters of spray volume; what will be the pressure drop for your tower?
I don’t understand. I’ll take a look and learn about it*, but even if someone really designed something like this for you, would you really dare to use it?
A tower with a diameter of 2.5 meters indeed requires a 200 m3 pump, but the pressure drop for an empty tower is not too high. It is recommended to use 12 nozzles of DN50, which can be arranged in two or three layers. It’s not that difficult to do, but it certainly can’t be explained clearly on forums; indeed, even 1,000 in wealth won’t solve the problem.
How many RMB is 100 in wealth points?
It’s not easy to estimate the wealth value. Designing one without investing real money, I guess it’s impossible.
