For the electrode wire used in electric demisting in the sulfuric acid plant, it was first disconnected from the electrostatic generator. A megohmmeter was used to measure the resistance between the electrode wire and ground, and the value was 500 megohms. After that, the wire was reconnected, power was supplied, and the equipment was started up. There was input voltage, but the output KV voltage was 0. Experts, where could the problem lie?
