As required by the company, the signature sections in drawings such as pipeline layout diagrams contain signatures from standardized review personnel. But what exactly is reviewed, and are there any regulations regarding this?
First: PID diagram, piping layout diagram. 1. Is the optimal process scheme reflected in the diagrams? Is there a backup plan? 2. Is the transfer of process materials correct, and are there any missing main material pipelines? 3. Are the tag numbers, names, and quantities of the process equipment consistent with those in the process equipment table? ; 4. Is the pipeline number design correct? Does the fitting design meet the process requirements? Is the pipeline routing design reasonable? 5. Whether the main control scheme is reliable and suitable for the process production requirements ; 5. Review of key control items, complex control systems, reliability of safety interlock technologies, and economic viability ; 6. The level of self-control meets the requirements ; 7. Is the alarm classification design of the instrumentation system in line with actual requirements? 8. Have the requirements for process safety analysis and the changes been updated in the diagrams? 9. Are provisions made for maintenance, emissions in emergency situations, and temporary connection interfaces for start-up and shutdown? ; 10. Are interfaces for purging and displacement, oven drying, temperature raising, and pre-cooling reserved for those driving a vehicle for the first time? ; 11. Can the design of the original heat and cold sources for startup meet the startup requirements? ; Second: Single-line diagram 1. Is it complete? ; 2. Is it consistent with the 3D diagram and floor plan? ; 3. Do the pressure level change points, material, etc., comply with the specifications? ; 4. Connection information for the inlet and outlet branch pipes ; 5. Material statistics ; 6. Material model grade ; 7. Design omissions.
Is this the content of the standardization review?
It’s not standardized; there is no such thing as standardized drawing review.
