Since the task has been entrusted to a design institute, one must trust that institute; setting higher standards and more stringent requirements is always the right approach, as it brings only benefits to the company with no drawbacks. The drawings from the design institute show it as a pressure pipeline – why don’t you follow the design requirements? ? If one has objections and believes oneself to be absolutely correct, why not go straight to the design office and firmly refute those opinions so that the engineers there can correct their mistakes immediately? ? ? It seems that the design institute is still more authoritative! Why bring up such a trivial question for discussion? Only private enterprises deduct points on these standards; they hope for even lower standards, or ideally no standards at all, to save more money.
Equipment and pipelines that use circulating water (chilled brine) are all considered pressure equipment; they must be classified as pressure vessels and undergo regular inspections. I support the Design Institute. If one insists it isn’t, then it’s just a waste of time. Believe it or not.
