Who knows which manufacturers are capable of designing and constructing facilities for producing ammonia solution (at a rate of 5 tons per hour), and the key issue is to produce the ammonia solution directly from the liquid ammonia stored in the transport trucks.
What are the concentration requirements? If it is thin enough, for example below 10%, it is relatively easy. If the concentration is high, for example over 25%, it may be more difficult in summer.

Similar projects have been carried out before, and the equipment is supplied by specific manufacturers； But one very serious issue needs to be addressed: how to ensure safety when ammonia tank trucks are used to produce ammonia solution directly ； Since the ammonia tank needs to remain in the factory after being cleaned with an ammonia truck, it can easily become a major hazard source, and issues related to monitoring and supervision are very difficult to handle. The process is simple, but it’s difficult to handle security issues with mobile devices!
It’s very simple: I have been using ammonia absorbers to produce ammonia water since 2006. I have units with capacities of 1, 2, 5, and 10 tons, and the concentration can be adjusted anywhere from 0% to 30%. The desired concentration can be achieved within 2 minutes. Now there are also portable units available, which makes things even easier.
The figures I mentioned earlier refer to the hourly consumption of liquid ammonia; a facility with a capacity of 2 tons can meet the requirement of producing 5 tons of ammonia solution per hour.
