Assuming that combustible gases and air burn in a combustion device, and the exhaust gases are released directly into the atmosphere through pipes, I just want to ask whether it is possible for the emitted exhaust gases to carry a little bit of the fire inside out In other words, is it necessary to install a flame arrester on the exhaust pipe?
No installation is required. The incineration unit has a combustion efficiency indicator, and the exhaust gas emission rate is matched to the combustion residence time inside the furnace. Unless a sudden large release of exhaust gas exceeds the speed of sound.
It needs to be installed; if the components of the combustible gas contain large molecules that are difficult to burn, then a longer burning time is required. It is possible for the combustion to continue during the emission of exhaust gases, resulting in an open flame at the exhaust outlet
Isn’t the high-temperature flue gas cooled, and isn’t it released through the chimney? What are the dangers at the chimney outlet? Is there a risk of fire?

It depends on the safety distance between the exhaust outlet and its surroundings. If that distance is sufficient, then no action is needed; but if it’s not enough, measures must be taken. I’ve seen many exhaust outlets from which sparks or even open flames are emitted.
Is there no waste heat recovery, no chimney? The temperature after combustion is at least 700°C – is it released right from the top of the furnace? It is non-compliant – there is no flame arrester installed on the flue gas exhaust duct; this poses a risk of positive pressure building up in the furnace, leading to a flash explosion
There shouldn’t be any exhaust treatment devices either, like spray towers or something?
