Please tell me how to calculate the size and strength of the weld. Take the Q345R cylinder with a thickness of 10mm and a length of 6000mm and the equipment flange fillet weld with a thickness of 54mm as an example. The details are as shown in the figure. Is your equipment flange non-standard? The hydraulic pressure test is 3.2MPa, so the design pressure should be above 2MPa. Can a flange of this structure be used at such a high pressure? Personally, I feel that the welded structure you designed may not work.

I don’t know. It is recommended that you choose the appropriate welding joint according to GB/T150. As long as the welding legs meet the requirements, there is no need to calculate the weld strength, unless the welding joint is also determined by yourself.
And for your structure, it’s best to choose butt welding joints. Should you consider choosing NB/T47023-2012?
I'm not very good at welding calculations. The joints are referenced based on old drawings. I calculated using SW6, and the flange thickness is 75.
