The high-salt wastewater generated during the electrolytic zinc production process is sent to a falling-film evaporator for treatment, producing mixed salts and condensed water for reuse. The main issues are blockage of the primary-effect tube banks, contamination by condensate water, and a liquid handling capacity that does not meet the design values. Please give some advice
It is suspected that there are issues with the design parameters of the falling film evaporation process.
Analyze from several aspects to determine whether the design is reasonable, whether the feed preprocessing is adequate, whether the equipment is malfunctioning and in need of repair, and whether the operations are improper.
It’s calcium sulfate, right? It can be used when the falling film concentration is low; the first effect is definitely prone to clogging
