Compared with the previous operation, the natural gas compressor separator cannot separate liquid recently. 1) The natural gas components have not changed. The compressor outlet gas temperature is 120°C, and the temperature of the gas coming out of the air cooler in the separator is 30°C.℃; 2) Replace the wire mesh demister (mist catching net) at the container outlet ; 3) Red is the gas flow direction, blue is the condensed water, the middle downpipe is not in the middle of the updraft line, but behind it. 4) The upper and lower holes of the side air inlet are manholes. Please help me analyze which part of the container is causing the problem?

Is the inner part in the middle a cyclone or a coalescing filter element? Natural gas may entrain the lubricating oil from the compressor into the separator. The cyclone or coalescing filter element generally cannot handle the liquid phase with high viscosity, and the internal parts in the middle may be severely scaled. ; In addition, check whether the newly installed wire mesh is installed correctly and whether there are channels, deviations, etc.
Large oily scale will clog the downcomer. If the viscosity is high, a blade separator can be used: lol
Not sure what the interior parts in the middle are now? Not reflected in the drawings. The downcomer was checked in early December and it was smooth.
