How do you bring in and take out the large equipment in the factory building? Enter through the door? From the top of the factory building?
Sufficient space should be reserved in the access routes to and from the workshop to accommodate the maximum height of equipment that needs to be transported; for special equipment, it is possible to consider lifting it directly from the roof, provided that the civil engineering conditions permit and the process requirements are met. I usually take both options into consideration to be absolutely sure.
Large equipment, and indoors? Isn’t it necessary to wait until the equipment is in place before proceeding with the next steps in the factory construction? In a pharmaceutical factory, large equipment is a real hassle; things like breaking down walls are time-consuming and labor-intensive
For a tower with a diameter of 2 meters and a height of 6 meters, what size doors and passages need to be provided if cranes are to enter the building? And what height should the factory building have?
Regarding the equipment, it’s fine to have it installed right from the start of construction, but we also need to consider future access for maintenance and repairs. How do you handle that?

Tower equipment generally does not require overall maintenance, unlike equipment such as pumps. If the actual tower is corroded and damaged, it can be considered lifting it down from the roof for replacement.
Today, the roofs of buildings are made of precast concrete elements. If it is indeed necessary to lift a tower crane in, all that needs to be done is to remove these precast concrete elements from the roof; once the equipment has been lifted in, the roof can be re-sealed in those areas where it is necessary – the amount of work involved is not significant.
