Anti-static grounding brush for motor belts

The standards require that the anti-static grounding brush of the belt also be grounded; I’m not sure what a grounding brush is – could someone provide an image of it? Standard Information Sharing Group

If an anti-static belt is used, then there should be no need for an anti-static grounding brush, right? Or if a grounding brush is used, then there’s no need for an anti-static grounding brush either. Is that how it works?
