This results in intense contact between the gas and solid phases, thereby enabling efficient heat and mass transfer. The vibrating fluidized bed dryer uses mechanical vibration to assist fluidization, and is suitable for fragile materials, irregularly shaped particles, or materials that require cooling. It features high thermal efficiency and minimal damage to the materials. Advantages and disadvantages: Its thermal efficiency can reach 60%-80%, making it one of the high-efficiency, energy-saving devices. The downside is that it is suitable for particles/powder materials with a particle size of 30μm–6mm, as fine powders are prone to being carried away by air currents.
