With a chlorine flow rate of 100 kg/h and under normal pressure conditions, what range of flow meter would be appropriate to use?

Only by providing detailed process parameters and technical requirements can a suitable flow meter be selected.
Multiplying this number by 2 or 1.5 gives you the approximate maximum range; also, what is the maximum flow rate you have designed for?
