I want to know what the differences are between valves KV, FV, TV, XV, PV and what they mean Which valve brands are well-known in China? And which valve brands are famous abroad? I would appreciate it if experts could let me know.
These refer to the instrument tag numbers of the control valves, not their model numbers.

Because most programmable valves are two-position valves, on/off valves, or shut-off valves.
They are basically used in PLC systems, such as for pressure swing adsorption and similar applications.
FV/PV/TV all refer to control valves (all are fixed-point controlled, with some having position indication). These generally refer to control valves; F/P/T correspond to flow, pressure, and temperature control circuits respectively. The control valve receives 4-20 milliampere signals, and it can also be operated in range control mode using 4-12 milliampere or 12-20 milliampere signals. XV is generally referred to as a 2-position valve, corresponding to ON/OFF. Such valves are generally used for intermittent operation or in emergency situations; common applications include interlock systems and intermittent operations in the fine chemical industry.
