What principle controls this type of valve?

Recently, a batch of valves arrived in Germany as part of a complete set of equipment; they looked quite strange. I only know that they are control valves, not on/off valves, and I couldn’t find any useful information about them online
Cylinder-type on-off valve. The switch is controlled by a solenoid valve, with a valve position feedback signal.
It doesn’t seem to be a control valve; the wiring box of a control valve isn’t that complex
