Regarding registered safety engineers

Is it necessary to participate in continuing education after obtaining the qualification as a registered safety engineer if one does not register? Is there an expiration date or something if you don’t register? I fell there right after finishing the exam and haven’t touched it since; could you give me some advice?
Article 23 Continuing education is categorized according to the registration type. Registered safety engineers must participate in continuing education during each registration period, with a total of no less than 48 hours required. There is no need to register in order to participate in continuing education. As for the issue of expiration dates when one does not register, opinions vary. It is recommended to keep the certificate valid for now, rather than rendering it invalid
Even after registration, continuing education is required, so having more registration certificates isn’t necessarily better
