Reasons for low readings on an oxygen analyzer

Has anyone encountered a situation where the oxygen analyzer, located after the boiler’s low-temperature superheater, shows a reading as low as around 1%? What are the common causes for this? The normal value for oxygen in the air is around 21%, while the actual oxygen level inside the furnace is around 7%

Please provide the specific location of the measurement points (the exact position within the flue or furnace), temperature, pressure, and the detailed specifications of the analyzer probes.
