What do the two arcs added outside the gauge mean?

Any expert who happens to be passing by, please give some guidance. Thank you. Does this indicate instrument heating? Does the box with a wavy line in front of PG0402 indicate an isolation tank?
Pulse damper, used to stabilize the pump outlet flow; based on the PID diagram, it appears to be diaphragm type.
A box with waves indicates that the diaphragm prevents the leakage of hazardous substances in case the container is damaged.
