During a recent inspection by experts at the factory, the existing risks were identified: the lack of a management plan for safety instrument systems and the absence of a schedule for regular inspections and tests. We were required to address these issues. Just last month, we finalized the management regulations for the Safety Instrumented System. Now, this problem has arisen—it’s giving me a headache. I checked on Baidu, and it seems that this plan is similar in nature to a system; moreover, I couldn’t find any good templates indicating what specific aspects should be included. I’m seeking help from experts who are familiar with this area; could they provide an outline? Thank you so much!
