For horizontal tanks with an internal negative pressure of -0.1 Mpa, the installation location is limited to the top only. The material inside the tank may solidify over time; therefore, it’s important to choose the right type of level gauge. Currently, radar level gauges are being used, and they show a liquid level of around 30 when the tank is empty
It is recommended to first consult the technical department to address the crystallization issue in the process; otherwise, it will be difficult to choose a suitable level gauge.
This inner coil is used for heating, and it is placed there for crystallization
