Happy New Year 2024 **********************【Ten Years of Rapid Development in Chemical Processing Equipment】A continuously updated summary post is available; feel free to join the discussions at https://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-3576046-1-1.html (Source: Haichuan Chemical Industry Forum) ***************** In December 2023, the Xiangguosi Intelligent Gas Storage Facility cloud platform, the first of its kind in China to cover the entire business chain including injection and production operations, geological gas reservoirs, well engineering, surface engineering, safety management, and operational coordination, was put into operation under the general contracting of Kunlun Digital Technology Co., Ltd. 　　In response to the operational challenges and requirements associated with gas storage facility management, this platform has initially developed an intelligent workflow for production and injection scheduling, enabling automatic tracking of injection and production activities. By formulating scientific injection and production plans, it is possible to keep track of the gas storage status and gas extraction capacity in real time ； A safety management workflow has been established, enabling microseismic monitoring as well as online monitoring and alerting of the pressure in the annuli around injection and production wells, thus allowing for real-time assessment of the \"health\" status of geological formations and wellbores ； Through an integrated coupling model of the gas reservoir, wellbore, and surface, key operational parameters are fitted with high precision to accurately predict pressure distributions, optimize the gas production volume from individual wells, control production pressures and inter-well pressures, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the gas storage facility.
