🔣 The fire separation distance between the enterprise control room or cabinet room and the equipment does not meet the standard requirements; there are doors, windows, holes, etc. on the side of the control room or cabinet room that faces the equipment with fire and explosion hazards. Standard requirements: 1. According to Article 5.2.18 of the \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises (2018 Edition)\” (GB 50160-2008), the exterior walls facing the side where fire-hazardous equipment is located in control rooms and cabinet rooms shall be solid walls made of non-combustible materials, without any doors or windows, with a fire resistance rating of not less than 3 hours. 2. According to Article 3.1.13 of the “Design Specifications for Control Rooms in Chemical Plants” (HG/T 20556-1993), doors should open outward, and it is advisable to orient them in the direction of the wind that blows with the least frequency throughout the year; they should not face areas where there is a risk of explosion or fire. Article 3.1.14 states that windows should be positioned in directions free from the risk of explosion or fire, and control rooms located in areas with such risks must not have windows. 3. Article 3.7.1 of the \"Design Code for Control Rooms\" (HG/T 20508-2014) states that overhead wiring should be used in control rooms. At the entry points where cables pass through walls, specialized cable sealing modules should be used, ensuring compliance with requirements regarding explosion resistance, fire protection, water resistance, and dust prevention.
