Let’s discuss the 6.25m ramming coke oven: is it better for the coke pusher and coal loader to be integrated or separate?
This issue needs to be considered from multiple perspectives; currently, all 6.25m integrated machines are SCP models, which feature a high degree of automation. Generally, 3 SCPs are required to operate a coke oven with 4X50 or fewer chambers, one of which serves as a spare unit.
This issue requires consideration from multiple aspects; it mainly depends on how many furnaces you need to build. Generally, 3 SCP units are sufficient to operate 4X50 coke ovens, with one of them serving as a spare. On the other hand, a split-type car requires 4 coke pushers and 4 coal loading cars, with each pair serving as a backup for the other. At this time, using an integrated system has advantages: there are fewer devices required, resulting in a relatively lower total investment. If you are planning to build a coke oven with 2X50 chambers, and if an SCP machine is required to meet production needs with one unit as a backup, then 2 SCP machines will be needed. In the case of separate vehicles, 2 coke pushing machines and 2 coal loading machines are required; in this scenario, the integrated vehicle has a relatively smaller advantage. If the number of furnace holes is greater than 2X50, due to the process limitations of SCP, the operation cycle can no longer meet the requirements of the coke oven; in such cases, a separate vehicle must be used.
